Unbridled capitalistic growth has, at last, highlighted the grim reality of putting profit before people, profit before ethics, profit before the planet—profit before all else. 
Humanity is at a crossroads: We end capitalism as we know it, or we end civilization as we know it. The sociopathic capitalist system we currently suffer under is nothing but a sinister Ponzi scheme, benefiting only the richest at the top, while imprisoning the working class into an endless cycle of poverty. This, while simultaneously destroying our planet with thousands of tonnes of plastic, earth-warming carbon, excessive textiles, chemical pollution and land destruction, with no regard for the catastrophic environmental consequences. It’s a suicide mission to continue this way.
