Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to return or exchange your jewelry for you!
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be repackaged and returned in the original protective packaging.
*Note that The New Provocateur will not issue refunds or exchanges on all earrings due to hygiene regulations.
STEPS TO PROCEED TO WITH AN EXCHANGE

1. Contact us by email
Contact us at info@thenewprovocateur.com and provide us with your order number and a description of the exchange you would like to proceed with.

2. Receive confirmation
Within 24 to 48 hours (working days, Monday to Friday), you will receive our confirmation that the desired products are in stock and reserved in your name. You will receive all the information you need to complete the exchange at this time.

3. Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you are responsible for sending it to the correct address.

4. Reception and shipping of the new jewelry
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received it and to inform you that your new item is on its way! We will cover the shipping costs for this step.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Warranty

We offer a 1-month warranty on all our jewelry. If items break or change color despite proper use, please contact us. However, the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of a piece of jewelry, or breakage due to improper use (example: exposure to chemicals, exposure to chlorine from a hot tub, extreme temperatures, impact breakage, etc).
If damage has occurred during shipping, The New Provocateur will replace the merchandise at no cost. Please contact us within 10 days following reception. Pictures taken at the time of reception of the item with supporting documents will be required.
