Systemic bias against women—and the cultural systems that discourage men from expressing their emotions—can and should be replaced with something more fair, more humane, and more liberated. We're finally confronting the toxic, dominant patriarchal ideologies, most rooted in Anglo-Saxon traditions, that once went unquestioned. The current generation is pushing back hard, reimagining gender roles, rejecting outdated social norms, and embracing expansive, nonbinary ways of living.
This movement isn't about reversing power—it’s about liberating everyone.
Being a badass feminist today means actively dismantling deeply embedded patriarchal systems. It means recognizing that women have been historically marginalized and denied basic rights and opportunities simply because of their gender. We're still fighting for bodily autonomy, wage equality, access to education, property rights, legal protections, and the freedom to live without fear or discrimination.
But feminism isn't just about cisgender, heterosexual women. It must also center and uplift queer, transgender, and gender-expansive people—those whose voices have too often been left out of the conversation.
At its core, feminism is about equality. It's about building a world where every human, regardless of gender, can live freely, safely, and with dignity
